Vikima Cleaning Limited offers professional cleaning, landscaping, sanitization, waste management, repair, renovation, and paint work services to businesses, corporate organizations, and government institutions. 3. Booking and Quotes
All services require a booking or quote request. We provide free evaluations of your cleaning and waste management needs. Quotes provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Any changes to the scope of work may result in revised pricing.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement or invoice. Generally, payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept bank transfers, mobile money, and other payment methods as indicated on our invoice. Late payments may incur additional charges.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Clients may cancel or reschedule services by providing at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee. For recurring services, cancellation terms will be specified in your service agreement.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the premises where services are to be performed. This includes ensuring that the work area is free from hazards, pets are secured, and any valuable or sensitive items are properly stored. Vikima Cleaning Limited is not liable for damage to items that were not properly secured or disclosed.
7. Quality Assurance
We are committed to delivering high-quality services. If you are unsatisfied with any aspect of our work, please notify us within 48 hours of service completion, and we will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns. Our goal is your complete satisfaction.
8. Liability
Vikima Cleaning Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We maintain appropriate insurance coverage as required by Kenyan law.
